Summers Almost Over!

It's been a fun summer! I've spent a lot of time with family and friends.

The first half of the summer was all about BASEBALL. Then my cousins, Chesney and Sharayah, and their parents came for a vacation. We had fun going to Silverwood,

going Bowling, the Roller Rink and just playing together. Then our cousin Jordan came for a month. We did some fun things like floating the river and climbing Badger Mountain.

I also spent lots of time with my girlfriends just playing outside walking dogs, riding bikes and having a lemonade stand.

But now it's time for school to start again. Looking forward to 4th grade and my new teacher!

I'm Back From Camp!

Well I'm back from camp. It was awesome. My counselor's name was Lindley and she was from Georgia. My favorite thing was dirtboarding. It was good to see my parents, but I cried when I had to leave. I can't wait for next year already!

Schools OUT!

Today was the last day of school. We had a talent (money) auction and then ended the morning with chapel. I am going to miss my teacher Mrs. Horne and all my friends. Looking forward to my first time going to camp in a couple weeks. Enjoy your summer too!

End of the Year Art Show

Last weekend I had my final art show.  We all got to display one piece of art we made this year.  I chose my painted cardinal on canvas.  (One of my mom's favorite)

My teacher's name is Miss Krista and she's the best.

Babysitting

After my race I got to babysit for the first time.  My friend Sebastian came over while his dad was painting my aunt Linda's house.  We played at the park and the baseball field, then came home and got in the water!  It's hard work babysitting, but I really like it.

My First Race!

I completed my first race today!  It was called Spring into Summer Run.  We had to run at least 48 miles on our own over  the last 2 months and then finish the 50 miles today with a 2 mile fun run!  I finished 7th out of 62 kids with a time of 17:03.  The best part about it was that I was the FIRST girl to cross the finish line!
